Pet Policy
At Villas at Arlington, we welcome up to two pets per household. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet is required, along with a refundable pet deposit of $250 per pet. Monthly pet rent is $40 per pet. Dogs are subject to a 70-pound weight restriction.
We utilize a third-party pet screening service, and pet owners are responsible for any associated screening fees.
